Our Mission Statement:

North Central Illinois Works' mission is to work hand-in-hand with business, service, government, education and non-profit organizations to enable workers to work and businesses to compete.

 

Our Goals:

1: Identify and respond to employer needs related to its workforce.

2: Educate and train a workforce to prepare them for the globally competitive marketplace.

3: Remove barriers to employment.

4: Expand community awareness of workforce and economic development efforts and issues.

5: Obtain, coordinate and maximize resources to support workforce and economic development
