Training Providers... NCI Works provides many opportunities for training institutions to provide services under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). As required under the law, training providers must be certified and placed on the Statewide Training Provider list. To certify your program: Begin the Program Certification Process To view the statewide list: Statewide List of Certified Training Providers Youth Training NCI Works releases requests for proposal for both out-of-school and in-school youth programs throughout the year.
