Streator Onized Credit Union has the following position available:

Program Analyst

This position is responsible for analysis, design, programming, testing, and deployment of new and existing credit union software and fro production support.  Responsibilities include:

• Programming technical solutions for complex business problems to promote operation efficiency.
• Facilitates management decision making and improving online experience for users and members.
• Writes documentation to describe logic and runs specifications for operations department.
• Maintains and modifies system parameters, account defaults and databases as required by programming initiatives.
• Assisting in investigating new tolls and methods to support and improve the computing environment.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Maintains and develops on-line and batch application programs.
• Maintain company website design, content and security.
• Assists Data Processing with oversight of all IT daily operations including the overall direction, coordination, planning, developing and operation of the Data Processing Center.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in information technology field with a solid foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong understanding of programming and have excellent oral and written skill.
• Ability to work well in team environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Past financial industry experience and experience with banking software and Business Objective a plus.
• Previous webpage design/management preferred.
