City of Peru Peru, IL Building and Zoning Inspector This position is responsible for the enforcement of the City's zoning ordinance and the City's electrical, plumbing and building codes. Qualified individuals will have a 4 year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or in lieu of degree a minimum of 10 years construction experience.
