• Provide guidance to the One-Stop System Partnership to ensure that it responds appropriately to the workforce needs of the local business customers.
• Serve as a link between NCI Works and the local business community.
• Provide a private sector perspective to all NCI Works activities.
• Maximize the private sector enterprise on NCI Works.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure that the One-Stop Partnership business services address the workplace needs of employers.
• Promote initiatives that will enable NCI Works to identify workforce issues affecting the local business community.
• Serve as a link between NCI Works and local economic development agencies (or activities).
