Ideal candidate would have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and 5 to 10 years manufacturing and/or academic work experience.  Exceptional candidates will have experience in management and in a laboratory environment.  Knowledge of environmental requirements, plating, polishing, laminating and metallurgy would be considered a plus, as would an advanced degree.

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, be self-directed, and require minimal supervision and direction.  Will be expected to work in a team environment with resources ranging from vendors to customers to complete job functions.
