Production
Supervisor
This individual must be able to direct and coordinate
activities related directly to all activities focused on but not limited
to mining and processing production.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance
(including mobile).
- Monitor and maintain inventory of raw materials,
mine productions, plant production in a safe environment
- Direct employees in carrying out mine planning
(advancement, ventilation, tailings, etc.).
- Assist in maintenance of all permits and
environmental issues
- Responsible for disciplinary action of production
employees
Qualifications:
- A good understanding of overall plant operations
- Basic understanding of computers and automation
systems (Word, Excel).
- Great people and written/verbal communication
skills
- Good understanding of production and mobile
equipment
- Problem solving skills a must
- Maintenance background is a plus
