Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities:

Planning Primary Activities

  • Initially screen all job requests and create detailed job plans
  • Analyze job requirements to determine resources needed to accomplish the work
  • Schedule the work integrating both productions and maintenance needs
  • Generate Metrics to demonstrate performance and drive improvements
Automation Primary Activities:
  • Basic PLC skills (Modicon and A-B)
  • HMI background
  • Meter basics
Qualifications:
  • Combined minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience in planning and distributive control systems
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong ability to make improvements in existing systems
  • Working knowledge of the Work Order Cycle
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work with individuals at multiple levels and skills
