Sales Manager - North America
- Bachelor's degree in business and a minimum of 10
years experience in sales management.
MBA preferred and an Engineering degree a plus.
- Responsible for the revenue growth of the company
in North America with the ability to meet/exceed sales growth goals.
- Directly manage a team of inside and outside
selling professionals in the growth and penetration of their
assigned account base.
- Develop an outside selling channel of
Manufacturing Sales Reps to complement B&B's direct marketing and
selling efforts and accelerating historical sales growth. Supervise
and lead the Channel Manager in fulfillment of their goals and
targets.
- Work closely with Customer Service to maximize
sales opportunities between the two groups.
- Work closely with Marketing to coordinate
marketing and sales activities to maximize effectiveness of both
efforts.
- Work closely with Engineering on custom product
opportunities.
- Provide feedback to Product Management to improve
competitor analysis on pricing and product including new product
opportunities.
- Coach, train, motivate and develop a world class
selling team to achieve business goals and individual growth goals
and job satisfaction.
