Control Room Operator

Basic Function:

Controls and monitors production of titanium powder on a distributed control system from raw materials to final packed product.  Directs a team of field operators to help achieve this.  The field operations consist of raw materials offloading and preparation, reaction, separation, heat treatment, intermediate storage, washing filtration, drying and packing.

 Requirements

High School Diploma required, AA Degree preferred.

Rudimentary Chemical Knowledge needed.

3 to 5 years of experience in a chemical plant preferred.

Basic understanding of chemical safety requirements.
